Mustard greens taste a little bit like kale but with a distinct mustard flavor. It is used heavily in Asian cuisine.
Select leaves that look fresh and green. They should not have any yellowing or signs of withering. Avoid any that show decay. If you would like to store them, wrap in paper towels and place in a plastic bag. They can stay up to 5 days.
