Quality Check

When buying Anaheim peppers look for a firm body and glossy exterior. They should be shaped nicely and with a stem that is fresh. If you would like to store your peppers, wrap them tightly in plastic and keep them in the fridge.

Preparation

These peppers add a nice bit of kick to everything. You can dice them or chop them and add it to any dish you feel like. They’ll spice up burgers, burritos, or even french fries.
